A deli knife, also known as a sandwich knife, is designed to cut cleanly through a thick sandwich without compressing the bread or tearing the meat apart. Our deli knife is designed to provide increased knuckle clearance from the cutting board, the ergonomic, triple-rivet handle and tang provide comfort and stability as you cut through hearty foods. The German-made 7-inch blade is curved for nimble and precise cutting while the unique Z-15.1 serration designed by Zwilling provides clean and controlled slicing and stays sharper, longer.
