The stainless steel version features clad construction with a thick aluminum core that delivers exceptional heat responsiveness for precise simmering, while tall sides help keep sauces contained. It is compatible with all stovetops, including induction. The copper version offers superior thermal conductivity and highly responsive temperature control for refined cooking performance, and is compatible with most stovetops except induction.
The easy-to-clean interior supports everyday use, while the sculptural lid topped with a silver-plated artichoke and carrot knob adds a subtle touch of artistry.Designed with a secure long handle and a helpful side grip for effortless serving, this saucepan is oven safe up to 500°F and best cared for with gentle handwashing.
