Handcrafted in Seki, Japan, the Miyabi Kaizen II 9.5-inch Bread Knife collection blends traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology. It features a resilient FC61 super steel core protected by 48 layers of stainless steel, showcasing a darkened flower Damascus pattern. The double FRIODUR® ice-hardened blade ensures durability and precision, complemented by a comfortable D-shaped handle made of black pakkawood.
