Disappointment

"I have a Gourmia one like this that I have had for years. I started using it daily about 6 months ago . I wanted one for the office, and thought I would give this brand a try. I have used it maybe 10 times, and it in no way compares to the Gourmia. The coffee does not taste as good, even though I am using the same brand of Kcup at home as at the office. And the plastic part where you pour the water cracked after 3 uses. It leaks. It was such a waste. I wish I would have tried to return it during the 30 day period. Save your money for a Gourmia, if you can find one."

"I have used this product for approximately 2 weeks. It is my primary coffee pot. And this morning one of the posts just broke off. Would not recommend this one. The last one I had lasted over for years."

"It is awesome for camping and it is awesome to have it home in case the power goes out. All you have to have is a camp stove heat your water. I have three of them one in my camper one in my home and one for a friend."

Do not waste your money on this

"Beautiful idea, very poor execution First one made great coffee until clear plastic water holder cracked and shot boiling water at me. Sabavi sent me a replacement which I finally used this week and already cracks in the plastic Do I use until it floods boiling water again or call it an expense piece of counter art I even bought a kettle with temperature gauge that gives me perfect water temp for coffee. Maybe you can’t boil the water Do not waste your money"

More problems

"So the water resovoir has cracked on the replacement from sabavi. Still using it since on a camper vacation. New problem: bottom needle does not puncture bottom of k cup. Pressing down on plunger spews coffee everywhere but in the cup. Now need to manually push up on pin thing to make a hole to allow coffee to end up in cup. How can I be the only user that finds the problems? Do people write a review when it is new and then just throw it away when it fails?🤷🏼"

Don’t purchase

"Bought kcup brewer for camper. Second trip using it water reservoir Is full of cracks and now leaks water out. Maybe 10 cups of coffee Great idea but a fail. Been in my camper for 8 months. Don’t buy"
